Include in your message
- The request ID (OneGate-Request-Id header or request_id in the error).
- The payment, refund or event ID, and whether it is Test or Live.
- What you expected and what happened.
Never send
Secret API keys, webhook secrets, provider passwords or card numbers. OneGate staff will never ask for them.
Security issues
Report vulnerabilities to info@onegate.am with the subject “Security report”.
