Hosted checkout

pay.onegate.am — mobile-first, in Armenian, English and Russian.

Checkout shows your business name, logo, the amount and the payment methods available for this payment. Methods are derived from your active provider connections, their capabilities, the currency and the website — never hardcoded.

Method order

Configure the order in Settings → Checkout. Default: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank card, Idram, Telcell, Arca QR, Crypto. Unavailable methods are hidden.

Language

Checkout is available in Armenian (hy), English (en) and Russian (ru). The language is chosen in this order:

the language the customer selects on the checkout page (for this checkout only);
the locale you pass when creating the payment;
the customer's previously chosen language;
your default checkout language (Settings → Checkout);
the browser language; then Armenian.

The checkout session reports locale_source: explicit when you passed locale, otherwise merchant_default. A customer's choice never changes your settings. Amounts and dates are formatted for the selected language; currency codes, payment method codes and API values are never translated.

Restricting methods

Pass payment_methods when creating a payment, e.g. ["CARD","IDRAM"].

Returning to your site

After payment the customer can return to your return_url. Use it for UX only.

Never fulfil an order because the customer reached your return URL. Wait for payment.completed or retrieve the payment.

Payment links

Payment links (POST /v1/payment-links) are reusable URLs; every visit creates a fresh payment and checkout session.
