Rate limits
Limits protect the platform and your customers; normal integrations never reach them.

When you are limited
OneGate answers 429 with error type rate_limit_error and a Retry-After header (seconds). Wait at least that long, then retry with the same Idempotency-Key. The official SDKs do this automatically.
Behind OneGate's edge, limits apply to each customer's own IP address, not to a shared proxy address.
